Sus alrededor de 185 kilómetros permiten a sus visitantes recorrer la costa de Menorca, isla declarada Reserva de la Biosfera por la UNESCO, y contemplar paisajes imposibles de olvidar. Pero no sólo por el camí de Cavalls es fácil relacionar este animal con la isla sino también, y sobre todo, porque año tras año se convierte en el protagonista de todas y cada una de las fiestas populares de Menorca. Desde junio hasta septiembre, desde Ciutadella hasta Maó pasando por Es Migjorn, Alaior y Ferreries, los jaleos llenan de fulgor, valentía y destreza las calles menorquinas gracias a la energía de los jinetes y a la potencia de sus caballos, con los que recorren los principals municipios a lo largo de sus fiestas patronales.
