How to use?

If you already have a code, enter it in the "promotional code" box and start the reservation process. If your code meets all the established conditions, it will be applied automatically.

• The promotional code only applies to the accommodation and pension of the reservation, not to complementary products.

• It is only possible to apply 1 promotional code per reservation and it cannot be combined with other offers.

• In addition to the general conditions of use, each code has associated specific conditions that you can check on the specific page of the offer.

At VIVA Pro we always offer you the best online price available for the hotels in our chain. If you or your clients find a lower price on any other website or channel, contact us at info@hotelsviva.com and we will match the prices. Keep in mind that the same conditions of dates, room category, board basis as well as the type of rate and payment conditions must match.

By doing the Online Check-in through VIVA Pro, before your clients arrive, you will get them to start enjoying their stay much earlier. Customers who have checked-in Online only have to go to the Check in online counter, where they will be given the key to their room, saving the check-in process.

When you confirm the reservation, you will receive a confirmation voucher. Keep in mind that it will only show the net price (without the commission), so the best alternative is to deliver an agency's own voucher to the client. If you need a voucher for the Hotels VIVA client, it is possible, but since you do not know the final price, it will not be marked, only the net price will appear.

It is the responsibility of the agency to update and correctly maintain the data provided, being the person responsible for the agency who must keep this information up to date.
