SOLAR PANELS AND RECHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES

The commitment to sustainability is firm at Hotels VIVA. On an island with so many hours of sunshine a year like Mallorca, we cannot waste this immense source of energy and use it to reduce the carbon print generated by our activity. We are developing an ambitious project that seeks to progressively increase our energy autonomy, while helping to reduce CO2 emissions by installing highly efficient solar panels in our hotels. Today, we already have them installed in our VIVA Blue & Spa and we are generating 154 Kwp, with more hotels in the chain in process. Our short-term goal is to finish with 410 kilowatts, which will mean a saving of 107 tons of CO2 per year and will mean a 7% annual reduction in emissions at the company level, only in the electricity term.
We know that you are also concerned about the environment. Therefore, at this hotel you have at your disposal a Schneider 22kW double charging station from the EVlink range, which allows you to charge your electric vehicle using the same RFID card with which you open your room. You see that in Hotels VIVA sustainability and comfort go hand in hand.

Pools & Jacuzzis

 

The hotel has five swimming pools: outdoor, indoor, semi-Olympic, one with a Pirate Ship and the new Oasis Selection Club Pool area with beverage service, exclusively for Selection Club clients.

The indoor pool has a sauna and Jacuzzi for young and old alike.

Our Balneum Spa doesn’t just invite you to relax and unwind, it also has specialists on hand to help you recover from a demanding sports session.
