We are proud of who we are and this is why in 2020 we want to ensure that our  only adults hotels, known up until now as Vanity Adults Only, blend even more closely into the Hotels VIVA brand.

VIVA Golf Adults Only 18+

Is located in one of the island’s most enchanting settings, Alcudia Bay. Situated right next to the beach, it has been completely refurbished with exclusive bedrooms, new furniture and 49” televisions, modernised bathrooms, a solarium and up-to-date terraces and venues. We have Balinese beds, a jacuzzi, a massage cabin, a fitness centre, a cycling station and a golf course only 10 minutes away. Simply reading about it makes you want to try it, don’t you agree? 

VIVA Suites & Spa Adults Only 16+

In Cala Mesquida. Because some youngsters are very adult… we’ve extended the Adults-Only concept to the 16+ age group to cater for the families who want to enjoy relaxing holidays accompanied by slightly younger members of the household. In this hotel, immersed in nature and featuring incredible views of the sea, the “oldest” youngsters will feel inspired and be able to enjoy their transition to the adult world. Here are a few ideas: the new MIZU oriental restaurant, which is Asiatic with international touches and fusion cuisine, will turn your family get-togethers into opportunities for sharing confidences. You’ll also be able to savour the swim-up bar in the pool, a renovated spa, a new solarium and our bistro cuisine at the café. Getting bored is not an option!

2019, a year of transition

The Vanity and VIVA brands will coexist until the end of the year. The new colours of our corporate identity will then gradually be incorporated, with the aquamarine hue drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean, as well as the new logos, which will help our guests identify VIVA Adults Only hotels, ideal for enjoying memorable holidays without sacrificing the family-friendly approach that is our hallmark.
