At Vanity Suite & Spa by VIVA, we’ve launched a new Asian restaurant, one of the best restaurants in Palma de Mallorca, which fuses the best of the varied, healthy and exceptional Asian cuisine, offering up the most exotic flavours.
This gourmet restaurant is a shot of pleasure for your palate. Mizu restaurant has only one problem: it’s addictive and giving it a try means coming back over and over again.
Asian cuisine has mastered the art of seducing even the most demanding palates. The dishes ooze an incredible variety of flavours and when prepared by professionals, are absolutely exquisite.
They’re also very healthy, as vegetables play a big part in quality Asian cuisine and the majority of the dishes contain little fat, but plenty of flavour!
Nutritionists recommend these foods. That’s why in Asian countries, life span and lower percentages cardiovascular diseases are undeniable evidence that the cuisine from these exotic countries has made the saying “healthy can also be delicious”, a reality.
Another element of Asian cuisine worth noting is the presentation of the dishes and the type of crockery, which gives importance to the ingredients and their colour combinations, creating stunning pieces of visual beauty.
At our new restaurant, we’ve tried to fuse Asian cuisine by selecting the best dishes from each country or region. We can assure you that it hasn’t been an easy task, as Asia’s cuisine is exceptionally diverse, but we think we’ve done it.
On the starter menu, we’ve included everything from a Japanese soup with pork and vegetables (Buta-Jiru) to an octopus skewer with prawn parcels and chicken and vegetable gyoza accompanied by the typically oriental sweet and sour sauce (Takoyaki – Gyöza – Ebi Summai). These are just some of the many options, as we’ve even tried to give it a local touch by adding an Iberian ham parcel with romesco sauce, stuffed with rice, nori and melon (Iberian Maki Roll). Of course, we’ve also got the classics: the sushi selection.
Of course, the main dishes don’t leave out the classic seafood or vegetable woks. We’ve also included vegetarian and vegan dishes, so nobody feels left out. These include highlights such as the Vegan Tsukune: a dish made up of quinoa balls with vegetables and tofu. Delicious!
There are also options for the omnivores: You won’t be able to resist combining the meat or fish dishes with different sauces (curry, lemon) and you’ll be sure to lick your fingers (literally). You’ll be able to choose delicious sides such as curry rice or vegetable tempura.
To top off a delicious lunch or dinner, we’ve got a variety of desserts with tastes and textures you’ve probably never had the chance to experience: mango sushi, fried ice cream or Japanese cheesecake.
Also, almost all the dishes are included in the all-inclusive and only some of them incur a small supplement. Your mouth is already watering, right?
If you’re thinking of visit Mallorca, you can’t miss out on our new restaurant. We’re sure it will be a great success!
