- Digitalisation of processes and information to enable contactless interactions.
- Ongoing disinfection and cleansing of all communal areas at our facilities.
- Health checks for workers and visitors at the access points to the hotels.
- Reinforcement in the communication of the normatives, measures and services adapted to each hotel in order to help and keep our clients and collaborators informed.
- Ongoing training and awareness-raising for our staff in terms of COVID-19 prevention, including monitoring the experiences of other destinations and close contact with the local, regional and national health authorities.
- Limitation of capacity in our restaurants and common rooms, which guarantee the safety and well-being of our clients and collaborators.
- Specific audits will be carried out, to verify the new protocols, before the hotels open and the usual ones will be reinforced, always by SGS, a company of recognized international prestige.
- Minimisation of any contact between our staff and the guests at our hotels, as well as between the staff themselves, using the mandatory safety equipment.
- Gastronomic service adapted with new concepts that guarantee the safety and well-being of our clients and collaborators: take away service, table service, among others
