The north of Mallorca is a natural environment of breathtaking beauty with an immense environmental importance. The fact that we can all enjoy it is what makes our work meaningful. For all these reasons, protecting it has top priority in our day-to-day work. We are constantly working to become carbon neutral by installing sustainable energy solutions such as the installation of solar panels in our hotels, charging points for electric cars, and heating control systems, among others. In addition, we strive to make efficient use of water and reduce the waste we produce, using our 3R system.

Here at Hotels VIVA, we're an active member of Mallorcan society. We want to contribute to its well-being and that’s why we continue to work with non-profit organisations that do a magnificent job helping the most vulnerable people in society. Sonrisa Médica, Projecte Home and Fundació Campaner are just some examples.

We feel extremely fortunate to have journeyed for the last 25 years hand in hand with our partners, collaborators, and employees. Without them, it wouldn't have been possible. 
It fills us with joy to have created this wonderful little family and we're convinced that we've only been able to achieve all that we have thanks to all their support, hard work and effort.
